Family Practice of CentraState offers convenient laboratory service at our Freehold, Marlboro, East Windsor, Monroe and Jackson locations. Services are provided for all ages, from infants through seniors. Our highly-skilled phlebotomists provide you with quick, compassionate and comprehensive diagnostic testing, performing more than 500 different diagnostic lab tests, including:

- Comprehensive Health Panel
- Hemoglobin A1C
- Lipid Panel
- Liver Panel
- Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA)
